Horseshoe Campground

This weekend we headed out first thing Saturday morning for our first camping trip of the season. Trying to venture out a little further than usual, we drove out 285 past Fairplay and looked for a camping spot along Four-Mile Creek Road. Despite a beautiful forecast, it rained all afternoon, so we settled on a designated campsite at Horseshoe Campground. The next day, after the weather cleared overnight, we drove to the end of the scenic Four-Mile Creek Road and then returned home.
